- Stock visit is the primary responsibility. He has to visit stock of every client once in a quarter
- Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank's portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee based income
- Demonstrated pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital usage
- Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies
- Help to manage the Audit & Risk Control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium business. Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies

- Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction
