Requirements
Education
Graduation from any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university
Experience

    At least 1 year

Additional Requirements

    Minimum one (1) year relevant sales experience as Full-time Employee in a financial institution

    Candidates with selling experience of SME loan products will get preference

    Must have Motorcycle riding skill with valid driving license

    Flexible in working anywhere in the country

    Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skill

    Create database of potential customers through market survey

Education

Experience

    At least 4 years

Additional Requirements

    Experience of minimum 4 years in relevant field in Banks/ NBFIs
    Must have selling experience of loan products in SME markets

    Oversee the existing applications (ERP/LMS) and ensure database accuracy

    Develop and prepare dashboards for decision making and various business needs

    Assist in adding new features to the existing software for digitalizing coordination processes

    Develop & facilitate classroom training module contents in coordination with HRBP and Division LT members.

    Prepare Training Calendar according to Training Need Assessment

    Plan & prepare budget accordingly to run the program
